Employee Student Account Reset Request

If you are a student who needs a quiz or exam reset, please click here.
If your employee leaves your company soon after beginning the Fundamentals of Appliance Repair course, then you can request that we reset the account so that another employee can take the original student's place.
- The original student must have stopped before taking the Midterm exam in Fundamentals.
- A $75 reset fee
- The course access term for the new student will be one year for an individual course, or two years for a Bundle
- If the tech was enrolled in a course bundle, then the other courses will also be available to the new student
Simply fill out the form below to request the reset and remit your payment, and we'll contact you as soon as the reset is complete (usually within 1 business day).
