Employee Student Account Reset Request


THIS FORM IS FOR EMPLOYERS ONLY

If you are a student who just needs a reset to an earlier point in the course, please contact us using our contact form.


If your employee leaves your company soon after beginning the Fundamentals of Appliance Repair course, then you can request that we reset the account so that another employee can take the original student's place.

Requirements:

  • The original student must have stopped before completing Module 3, Unit 8.
  • A $75 reset fee

Notes:

  • The username for the account cannot be changed
  • The student name and email address can be changed
  • The date on which the original terms ends and the ongoing monthly access fee begins cannot be changed.

Simply fill out the form below to request the reset and remit your payment, and we'll contact you as soon as the reset is complete (usually within 1 business day).
