I understand that people get "test smart" that way, but someone who really wants to learn the content, understand the content, we're not trying to beat the system, we are trying evaluate our understanding. being new to refrigeration systems, I know the difference between a condensate drain and a condenser drain (not sure that even exists), but answering the multiple choice, I get easily tricked on a test, but could never get tricked that way in a real-world situation. As it is, I have no way of knowing what I did wrong. Did I misunderstand the content? did I misunderstand the question. Or, did I misunderstand the multiple choice answers. If all the answers were there when I review my wrong test answers, It would be an easy thing to figure out. Otherwise, Thank you and Great job with presenting the material. Very good Course, enjoyed the experience. The only improvement I can suggest is more information on sealed system diagnosis. Like if I run into a starved Evaporator do I have to find and fix the leak first. What methods are available to determine where the leak is. Or if the starving is caused by blocked how can one determine where the blockage is. Also maybe a list of what tools are suggested and necessary ie, I have not worked with piping before but I soldered electronics for many 30+ years, so I think a little practice and I can do it. I will look on the appliantology site for more information also. Thanks for putting together such a detailed course. Overall I give it a 5.”
